1. A Ticket is a nominal document for bus journey and can't be passed to another person, it is valid to the departure time, as stated on the ticket. Departure date can be changed only once. All changes should be written in a ticket and endorsed by company's seal, which made these changes, extra payment will be taken (15 £/10€).
2. The passengers must confirm their return journey at least 72 hours before departure. In case the return journey is unconfirmed - the company reserves a right to sell a seat without compensation to the passenger.
3. OPEN Ticket is valid for 6 months from departure date. A return date in an OPEN ticket must be confirmed not later then 2 weeks before departure in order to secure a seat. And extra payment will be taken (15 £/10€).

1. Money for unused journey will be returned by company office, where the ticket was purchased.
2. The legal ground for compensation is a form (ticket) with all the tear-off coupons, it's cover and receipts.
3. Money wouldn't be returned in case the form (ticket) was lost.
4. Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and will be as follows:
         а) more than 10 days before departures - 10%;
         б) from 10 to 3 days - 50%;
         в) less than 3 days - 90%.
5. No refunds for unused return journey.

1. Each passenger has a right on free transportation 30 kg of luggage free of charge (the maximum dimension of it can be 160sm) and 5 kg of personal luggage(90sm).
In case of exceeding these limits every passenger has pay for the luggage as the additional luggage.
Additional luggage can be transported when there is free luggage space in the coach. The price for the additional luggage is 1 pound/1,5 euro/10 UAH - 1kg. Additional luggage can not exceed the dimensions and heaver of the main luggage.
2. The luggage with external dimensions over mentioned in §1 of this paragraph and luggage like bicycle and etc. will not be transported.
3. The carrier does not carry responsibilities for hand luggage.
4. The carrier responsible for damaged luggage in luggage compartment only if it was carrier's fault and was proven by passenger. No more than for a sum of 100 USD per person in a case if a petition will be compensated not later than 10 days after the bus departure day.
5. It is forbidden to transport luggage, which is threatening safety or to the health of other passengers on board.
6. The carrier is not responsible for any loss of passenger's money, male-up, passport, securities, collection items, items, which have a scientific value and other items, which were not placed in the luggage bus compartment.
7. Transportation of animals and plants is forbidden.

1. A Passenger must arrive on landing-place not less then 30 minutes before the bus departure. In a case the passenger is late, the responsibility is that of a passenger.
2. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, to consume alcohol beverages and drugs during the bus journey.
